Anzac Biscuit Recipe
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 tbs golden syrup
1 tbs water
1/2 tsp bicarb soda
Mix together the dry ingredients; oats, coconut, brown sugar & flour, and set aside. Melt the butter & golden syrup then add water & stir. Add the bicarb to the butter mixture and allow it to froth up. Next combine the dry & wet ingredients, roll into balls and put on a tray.
Bake for 15 mins at 180 degree & enjoy with your family.
