Online Stall Volunteer Booking System now open!

Calling all volunteers! The Newport Lakes Primary School Twilight Fete will take place on Friday 18th March 2016 from 3:30pm to 8:00 p.m. (although we will need volunteers all throughout the day assisting with set up / food preparation etc) We are asking all parents to assist by volunteering for at least one hour on a stall. This is the biggest event on the school calendar, and for the Fete to run smoothly we need the support of ALL families. We welcome Dads and Grandparents/relatives to assist as well. Specifically it would be great to have Dads assist with morning set-up before the Fete begins or evening clean-up after the Fete. (Maybe even ask the boss for the day off for a great cause!!). In addition, we would love to see some Masterchefs in the making behind our BBQ stall, Falafal stall, Chicken kebab stall, or other food stalls.

Be quick as favourite stalls and special times will fill up fast! If you can assist on the day - please sign up for a time and specific stall. Once you have signed up, further information will be provided regarding the stall, a welcome email will be sent to you and important updates on the Fete. Please make sure you provide your email address and ph number and thank you for supporting the 2016 NLPS Twilight Fete.
